\nArtist Statement
\n<\/strong>
\nIn March fear played a great part in my life in regards to the Coronavirus. Fitting into the older venerable category I was pretty sure I had a good chance of dying. Therefore, in March I closed down my Dental Surgery and my B&B, this allowed my art career to expand and flourish. In my artwork I have used my cat as a metaphor for my life.<\/p>\n

I have also looked at the colours of COVID19, from the base chakra colours (physically stopping) to the balanced colours of the green chakra (juggling) through blue of communication\u00a0to the violet of the spiritual world where Bengie succumbs.<\/p>\n

This has not happened yet but I still am processing the fear of a second wave, but still try to move on.<\/p>\n

I have tied up the COVID19 Pandemic with the Black Lives Matters movement with the addition of \u201cI can\u2019t breathe\u201d. Every suppressed, depressed, abused, venerable person, plant and animal deserves to live.<\/p>\n
